If your redirected domain doesn't work, please confirm that:
- you have rerouted the domain correctly to our IP address (188.8.131.52)
- You have added a CNAME record for www to redirect.getweps.com. (Note the dot, it is also necessary.)
You can do that in two ways:
a) Email your current domain registrar (DNS provider) and ask them to redirect all A records of your domain to the above mentioned IP address. PS: make sure that you add CNAME record for www to redirect.getweps.com. (Note the dot, it is also necessary.)
b) This option depends largely on who is your hosting provider. Log into your control panel, find the DNS settings and redirect all A records to the mentioned IP address and adding the CNAME record. After that is done, your website should be live in a couple of minutes. With some providers it may take up to a day.
